The therapy-focused firm earns a place on Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2026 list

Delta Healthcare Providers (DHP), the travel healthcare staffing division of The Delta Companies (TDC), was ranked the 28th-largest allied healthcare staffing firm in the U.S. in Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) 2026 report.

The recognition is particularly notable given DHP’s specialized focus on therapy staffing. SIA’s allied healthcare category encompasses a much broader range of professions, including physical, occupational and speech therapy as well as imaging, laboratory, pharmacy and other allied healthcare specialties.

DHP holds The Joint Commission’s Health Care Staffing Services Certification and, in 2026, earned ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing® Talent award for the 17th consecutive year.

Sister business unit Delta Locum Tenens (DLT) was ranked the 16th-largest locum tenens staffing firm in the U.S.

TDC also appears in SIA’s overall ranking of the Largest Healthcare Staffing Firms in the United States, where it and sister company Accountable Healthcare collectively ranked 31st under parent company Mitsui & Co.

SIA’s annual rankings provide a broad view of the size and landscape of the U.S. healthcare staffing industry. According to its 2026 report, 91 firms generated at least $50 million in U.S. healthcare temporary staffing revenue during 2025. Together, those firms represented an estimated $33 billion in revenue and approximately 86% of the market.
