Damian brings eighteen years of experience in healthcare staffing, combining deep industry knowledge with a people-first, relationship-driven approach. He earned his degree in Communications from the University of North Texas, with minors in Music and Italian Studies, a background that supports his exceptional communication skills and ability to connect with clients and providers alike.

No two days are the same, and the long-standing client relationships he has built over the years mean everything to him. Outside of work, Damian has a creative side, his music has been licensed for nationally recognized television shows, including MTV’s The Hills. In college, his band was the only unsigned act to perform at Blockbuster Rockfest at Texas Motor Speedway, sharing the stage with major artists and playing to an audience of nearly 400,000 people. Today, his favorite role is coaching his kids’ sports teams and watching them grow into incredible humans.
