Selena brings a unique clinical background and a people-first approach to her role in healthcare recruiting. With five years of experience as a surgical technologist, she offers firsthand insight into the healthcare environment and understands the needs of providers on a deeper level.

She began her career in healthcare after completing her clinical training through the U.S. Army, along with additional education in a service-focused field. These experiences shaped her ability to connect with providers in a meaningful way, and she is energized by building genuine relationships; taking the time to understand each individual beyond their resume to help them find the right travel opportunity.

Outside of work, Selena enjoys hobby photography and has a love for sashimi. Having grown up around monkeys and lemurs, she brings a unique perspective to both her personal and professional life.
