Kynlee brings a strong foundation in healthcare and a people-first mindset to her role. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Tarleton State University and has five years of experience working in rural healthcare settings, giving her valuable insight into the unique challenges providers and patients face.

Kynlee’s background as a Division I student-athlete helped shape her discipline and resilience, qualities that continue to fuel her success. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships and takes pride in advocating for her providers, ensuring they feel heard and supported.

On a personal note, her motivation in healthcare is deeply personal. After spending time as a patient in the ICU, Kynlee gained a renewed perspective on the importance of healthcare and the privilege of being able to serve others each day. This experience continues to inspire her to make a meaningful impact and give back to the field she has always been passionate about.

Outside of work, Kynlee is a dedicated Taylor Swift fan and enjoys spending time with family. Fun fact, she looks so much like her older sister that she can unlock her phone using Face ID.
